Terms

I agree and acknowledge that:
1. TSO Property Management is a For-Sale By-Owner advertising company, that is NOT a real estate broker. The advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other sellers/ renters to maximize exposure to potential buyers or renters.
2. TSO Property Management forwards all inquiries about my timeshare directly to me, and allows me to negotiate the sale/rental of my timeshare without the involvement of any broker, and without any commission.
3. TSO Property Management will refund your advertising fee if your timeshare is sold by you or any other company within 20% of the original price.
4. Proof of sale required for refunds.

  Fees

1. Timeshare for Sale - Advertising Fee - only $599
2. Timeshare for Lifetime Rental - Advertising Fee - only $699
3. Timeshare for Rent - Advertising Fee - only $399
4. Timeshare for Sale and Rental - Advertising fee - only $699

* TSO Property Management assumes that your timeshare sells or rents within three months, unless you advise TSO to the contrary prior to the expiration date of 90 days. In the event that your property is not sold or rented prior to the expiration date of 90 days TSO will automatically renew your advertisement for only $9.95 every three months until your property sells or rents unless you contact us and instruct us to discontinue advertising your property.
