1. Submit the name of the property and purchase offer price, your full name(s) address and phone number(s).
2. You will receive a Purchase Offer Deposit to sign.
3. TSO will present your offer to the Seller.
4. Once Seller and Buyer agree on the price and terms of the sale Escrow is opened to complete the transfer of Ownership. The Title Search and Escrow process is similar to buying a home and takes approximately 30-60 days.
5. Transfer documents that comply with the Resort and Association.
6. Resort is notified to change the ownership.

You will have all the rights, benefits, and privileges to enjoy your new vacation timeshare ownership. We will be with you every step of the way to assist and answer your questions even after your transaction is closed.
